He served as an Executive Director and Unit Director for the Salvation Army and the Boys and Girls Club in Shreveport/ Bossier. for a total of 12 years. A member of the Shreveport & Bossier City Optimist Club.

Albert Dyer is a Ordained Pastor and has attended the Billy Graham School of Evangelism and often serves as a counselor and mentor in the community. He has also obtained his National

Administrators Credential (Commissioned by the NECPA) and employs a professional staff that is just as qualified and passionate about community service as he is. He has also worked as a paraprofessional with the Frisco Independent School District & Bossier Parish Schools. Worked in Behavioral Health for 10 years as Mental Health Tech supervisor.He studied at Bossier Parish Community College and Northwestern State University in Family & Consumer Science. Also serve as a Career Navigator Case Manager with the Goodwill Industry of NW LA. A Husband for 31 years, Father and a Grandparent.
